Privacy & Cookie Statement
Digiforq respects your privacy. This website is an informational site: it has no login, no contact forms, and no advertising. We collect as little data as possible and never sell it. This statement explains what little we do process, and your rights under the GDPR (AVG).
1. Who is responsible for your data
Digiforq (sole proprietorship)
Boermastraat 4, 9641 GC Veendam, Netherlands
KVK: 42054097 · BTW: NL005459410B54
Email: info@digiforq.com
Digiforq is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website.
2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on the Cloudflare network. Like virtually all websites, the server automatically processes standard technical data with each request — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to deliver the site, keep it secure, and protect it against abuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, functioning website, and these logs are retained only for a short period.
3. Cookies
This site uses no tracking, advertising, or marketing cookies. We do not profile you and we do not share data with advertisers.
The site stores a single technical item in your browser's local storage, digiforq_lang, which simply remembers whether you prefer the English or Dutch version of the page. It is strictly functional, stays on your device, and is never sent to us or shared with third parties — so no cookie consent banner is required.
4. Visitor statistics
For aggregated visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that is cookieless. It does not use any client-side state, does not collect personal data, and does not track or fingerprint individuals across sites. We only see anonymous, aggregated figures such as page views and referring sources.
5. Booking a call
If you book a scoping call, you do so through Cal.com, an external scheduling service. The details you enter there (such as your name, email address, and chosen time) are processed by Cal.com to arrange the meeting, and by us to prepare for and attend it. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to that booking process.
6. Contacting us by email
If you email info@digiforq.com, we process the contents of your message and your contact details solely to respond to and handle your enquiry. We keep this correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.
7. External links
This site links to external services including Compulingo and our LinkedIn page. Once you follow such a link, you leave this website and the privacy policy of that third party applies. We are not responsible for how those parties handle your data.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@digiforq.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
9. Changes to this statement
We may update this statement to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
